Ongoing Management
Once your property is live, we take it from there. Our management commission is calculated on booking revenue — never on cleaning fees or platform service charges — keeping things transparent and fair.
Cleaning is coordinated after every stay, with rates based on your property's size and local market standards. You'll always know what to expect before any charges are applied.
We also offer a range of additional maintenance options as needed — from rug stabilization to replacement safety equipment and additional smart lock installations — so your property stays in excellent condition year-round.
